About us...
We are Daniel and Gina, owners of Soaring Eagle Sober Living Homes.
Gina spent her entire life in California and just moved to Louisiana recently. She didn't know a soul but felt that this was where she was called to live and raise her youngest son, Parker. She's a retired special education teacher and mom of three children. Gina's passion for starting a sober living home came from being a former spouse of an alcoholic. She experienced firsthand the devastating effects of addiction on the family. She would love nothing more than to help people emerge from the wreckage that addiction causes and become all they can be.

Daniel is native to Shreveport and has a deep love for his hometown. His passion is to help others in his community become the best they can be and go on to positively contribute to the world around them. He is a dad to two children and is an accomplished guitarist. He attended LSU and owns his own landscape business.

Together they love spending time with family. Music, LSU Tigers anything, swimming, fishing, camping are what they enjoy doing in their free time!
How did we choose the name Soaring Eagle?

Back in 2000 Gina had twins that died at birth. It was a very difficult time for her. Her Dad told her that they were like two sparrows soaring as eagles in heaven. That's always brought Gina comfort. She truly believes in the transformation of life and lives and of the very spirit of a person. Faith, hope, determination and grace are all necessary. The transformation may not be easy, but it will be worth it.

Isaiah 40:31 "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength; they will soar on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will not and not faint."

We believe the structure and accountability of this home will help you become all you want to be.
