No hidden fees.  Quality at a fair price.

Application Fee:  $50.00

Monthly Fee:  $675.00 Includes room, all utilities and two meals per day

Fees are due on the 1st of the month.  Late fee of $25.00 if paid after the 3rd.

If paying monthly is not feasible we offer weekly payments at a slightly higher rate $190.00 weekly

Payments can be made in cash, cash app, venmo, paypal or Zelle online.  We do not accept insurance.
